We aim to send orders within 3 working days of receipt. If an item is out of stock, delivery will take longer but we will contact you with an expected delivery time.

Orders up to £4 value 90p
Orders value £4.01 to £12.50 - £1.95
Orders value £12.51 to £39.99 - £3.95
Orders value £40 to £59.99 -£5.50
Orders value £60.00 to £99.99 - £7.00
Orders over £100 Free
Orders of small parcel size up to 2Kg are sent by First Class Royal Mail. This includes Unmounted limited edition prints and single Open Edition Prints.
Large Mounted Prints and bigger parcels are often sent by carrier and will take 3-4 days to arrive.
We trust our larger to parcels to MyHermes. If you would prefer your parcel to be delivered by Parcel Force, then please tell us when you check out and we will send you an invoice for any added postal charges.
If you require next day delivery this may be possible. Please telephone 01768 353638. We will have to charge extra of course.
All mounted prints are sent flat packed. All unmounted prints are rolled in a tube.
Last orders for Christmas
We can accept orders for Christmas delivery until Monday 19th December , with the exception of mounted limited edition prints and original paintings which need to be ordered by Saturday 17th December.

For anyone able to collect in person from Crackenthorpe, Appleby-in-Westmorland, Cumbria CA16 6AF we can fulfill orders until 12 noon on Saturday 23rd December. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order to arrange a time for collection.
We are happy to ship most of our items overseas. If you are ordering from outside the UK please consult the shopping cart for the delivery charge on your order as this will vary widely with type of order and destination. Please email email@example.com with any queries.
We do everything possible at Lauren’s Cows to make sure that you are delighted with your purchase but if something should go awry we will always sort it out.
Please email or telephone in the first instance to discuss the problem. Once we have agreed to an exchange or refund we will ask you to return the item and will provide the exchange or refund as quickly as possible.
We are afraid we cannot refund return postage unless the item is faulty and cannot accept responsibility for items that get lost on their way back to us. We expect returned items to be in saleable condition (unless being returned due to a fault)
