This curious Simmental peering through the Cow Parsley to find the camera sums up everything I love about Cows. The inquisitiveness captured in this painting is so heart warming. It makes me smile and I love it.
Cow Parsley is a wild plant that is very common in the British Countryside. I have found memories of collecting it in big bunches to feed to my rabbits.
