The first British White to join Lauren's Cows herd. This rare breed is very hard to come by these days, and I have spent a long time finding a farm with these stunning cows. I finally came across a herd via Instagram and imagine how surprised I was to discover they were only 5 miles from my house!
I adore this breed with their trade mark jet black ears and muzzle, compared with that snow white coat. They're truly stunning and Hermione has such an inquisitive almost bemused on her face almost as if she's intently listening to your conversation.
Works wonderfully well with Clover as their background colours are exact opposites of each other on the colour wheel.
