Tiny Art for a Tremendous Cause
I am thrilled to announce that a completely one off, never seen before piece of Lauren's Cows art will be being auctioned off as part of this years National Doodle Day in support of Epilepsy.
What is Doodle Day?
Every year, a selection of famous faces from the worlds of art, sport and entertainment pick up their pens, paints and pencils to create one off doodles. These doodles are auctioned off to the highest bidder following a 3 day eBay auction.
Just a handful of the fantastic artists and celebrities donating their doodles.
Actor & Incredibly Handsome Man
Official Paddington Bear Illustrator
Turner Prize winning Artist
Absolutely Fabulous Actress!
Mentalist, Illusionist and all round Confusionist!
So why not place a bid?
This is your opportunity to take home a truly unique piece of art by a famous celebrity, whilst also helping to ensure everyone affected by epilepsy has access to the support they require, when they need it most.
As many of you will know by now, I too am epileptic and know first hand the struggles that epilepsy can bring. That's why I am so excited to be involved and for one of my cows to help a cause so close to my heart. I wanted to create a doodle that makes people smile, which is why I chose the fan favourite Highland Cow. I've used a lot of different purple tones to incorporate The Epilepsy Society colour and with all those purples, what else could she be named but 'Violet'. She may not be as 'doodley' as some other pieces but she represents me perfectly in both style and character. I hope she finds a happy home who loves her as much as I do.
NATIONAL DOODLE DAY AUCTION IS FINISHED !
Viloet rasied a fantastic £596 for Epilepsy Action and was the third highest selling artwork.
Tom Hardy's doodle raised a whopping £1,133.76 which is amazing!
