Do you offer canvas prints?

As standard we don’t produce canvas prints, due to personal taste. However if you are interested in one of our cows printed on canvas please get in touch with Jude with desired design and dimensions and she will be happy to help. jude@laurenscows.com

Canvas prints can be a good choice for art going into commercial properties.

Can I order a larger print?

If you love one of our cows but would like it in a different size we are happy to provide quotes.

If you are looking for a piece 80cm+ we recommend choosing a canvas print as large paper prints are easily scratched.

What medium does Lauren paint with?

I paint with a very high pigmented, heavy bodied Acrylic paint. It achieves a gorgeous depth of colour that rivals oil paint. Acrylic paint is also very hard waring giving longevity to your original piece.

How can I return my product?

We do everything possible at Lauren’s Cows to make sure that you are delighted with your purchase but if something should go awry we will always endeavour to remedy it for you.

Please email or telephone in the first instance to discuss the problem, within 7 days of receipt. We ask you to return the item within 14 days in it’s original packaging and will provide the exchange or refund as quickly as possible.

We are afraid we cannot refund return postage unless the item is faulty. Please make sure to obtain proof of postage as we cannot accept responsibility for items that get lost on their way back to us. We expect returned items to be in saleable condition (unless being returned due to a fault).

How do I care for my artwork?

All art from prints to originals are best kept out of direct sunlight to preserve their colour. Original paintings only require light dusting from time to time with either feather duster, or microfibre cloth. Never use a cleaning product on your painting.

Can I visit Lauren’s Cows?

Although we don’t have a physical shop we are more than happy to arrange an appointment to visit Lauren’s Studio in York or The Cow Shed workshop in Appleby. Remember to keep an eye on our Events page to find the Cows on the road.
