We do everything possible at Lauren’s Cows to make sure that you are delighted with your purchase but if something should go awry we will always endeavour to remedy it for you.
Please email or telephone in the first instance to discuss the problem, within 7 days of receipt. Once we have agreed to an exchange or refund, we will ask you to return the item within 14 days in it’s original packaging and will provide the exchange or refund as quickly as possible.
We are afraid we cannot refund return postage unless the item is faulty. Please make sure to obtain proof of postage as we cannot accept responsibility for items that get lost on their way back to us. We expect returned items to be in saleable condition (unless being returned due to a fault).
