We aim to dispatch orders within 5 working days of receipt. If an item is out of stock, dispatch will take longer but we will contact you with an expected delivery time. Please leave 10 days for personalised prints.

SERVICES USED
Services used are Royal Mail, Parcel Force and Evri depending on the parcel weight and size. If you have a preference for your delivery method please indicate at the checkout. Additional shipping costs may apply.
All large parcels are sent with Parcel Force 48 or Evri 48, with notifications on delivery days sent via text. Please select a safe place for your parcel to be left on the couriers website if you will be out.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Prints
All of our artwork products are bespoke and framed prints are made to order and so lead times may vary. Below is a guide to the average lead times for certain products.
- For Mounted Prints please allow up to 10 days for mainland UK delivery. If we have existing stock, it will be delivered within 4-5 days. For Europe please allow 10 -14 days and the rest of the world approximately 4 weeks.
- For framed prints please allow up to 14 days for delivery in mainland UK except during peak periods such as Christmas where delivery times may be longer.
Canvases
For canvases, please allow up to 2-3 weeks for an unframed canvas for delivery in mainland UK.
Homeware & Stationery
For homeware and stationery items, please allow 3-5 days for mainland UK delivery. For Europe please allow 10 -14 days and the rest of the world approximately 4 weeks.
We will always let you know of any delays to your order if we are waiting for incoming stock etc. Being a small business, there can be delays but please be assured we are going as fast as we can and we will not cut corners when it comes to packing your items to save time.

Being eco conscience we try to use as little plastic as possible.
Cards: Card Backed envelope or Padded envelope
Textiles and Coasters: Padded Envelope
Placemats: Protective eco friendly wrapping.
China: Reinforced cardboard box and eco friendly wrapping
Unmounted Prints: Flat packed with strong corri-core backboard and brown paper
Framed Prints: All the bells and whistles! There is no expense spared when it comes to sending our glass frames, so much so that they take 45 minutes to package, so rest assured we will do everything we can to get it to you safely!
OVERSEAS ORDERS
We are happy to ship most of our items overseas. If you are ordering from outside the UK please consult the shopping cart for the delivery charge on your order as this will vary widely with type of order and destination. Evri is our standard shipping service for overseas orders.
Please be aware that any products being shipped abroad from the UK will incur customs charges in the country of receipt. This is out of our control and is not something we can provide a costing for as each country is different. We can not provide refunds for uncollected/unpaid custom charges parcels.
