Bluebell

This pretty painting of a Jersey Cow started life in the Lauren's Cows studio as a commissioned painting. Bluebell is the pet Jersey Cow of a lady in the New Forest, and her lovely husband gifted her a painting of her beloved Jersey for her birthday. I know! Husband of the year right!?
I was so smitten with Bluebell that I had to have her in the Lauren's Cows herd, with their permission of course!
I love the docile nature that Jersey cattle have and big eyed Bluebell relaxing in a field of the flower she's named after, just takes you away to a happy place! And the way the light plays on her golden coat as she basks in the sunshine is the cherry on top of the cake!
